The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join the company’s expanding UK team.
This is a key position within a dynamic, technology-led organisation. You will work closely with Account Managers, technical specialists, and strategic partners to ensure the sales cycle runs smoothly from proposal through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and process customer orders
Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Assist with client meetings, presentations, and the preparation of reports and sales documentationAbout You
You are dependable, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy being the central point of coordination and take pride in ensuring processes run efficiently and professionally.
You will ideally bring:
Experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Customer Service (telecoms, IT, or UC experience advantageous)
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat’s on Offer
