This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to gain exposure to a complex cut-and-carve, CAT A refurbishment scheme in a prime City location. The project involves a back-to-frame redevelopment including structural alterations, faade upgrades and high-spec finishes. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of the commercial lifecycle.
