We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support the planning and delivery of digital and technology solutions. Working with a senior delivery lead, you’ll gather and document business and user needs to ensure the development team has clear requirements. This hands-on role is ideal for someone building skills in digital delivery, analysis, or product development, and plays a key part in delivering successful technology changes. This hybrid role is based in Barton-Upon-Humber with occasional travel to other Wren locations. Main Responsibilities: Capture and clarify business and user requirements through workshops and discussions. Translate goals into clear documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and development-ready. Maintain accurate, well-structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Support delivery activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews. Gather user and stakeholder feedback to inform future work. Work with senior delivery staff to ensure priorities and context are clear. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly document ideas. Interest in technology delivery and confidence working with both technical and non-technical teams. Comfortable using tools like Excel and Word; familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps is a bonus. Willingness to learn agile practices and contribute to planning and delivery activities.
