Employment: Temp to Permanent; 3 months
Salary: £20-£24 per hour (PAYE or CIS)

Responsibilities
* Property maintenance day-to-day.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or similar (time served).
* Experience within Property Maintenance.
* General maintenance skills.
* Carpentry and flooring.
* Basic skills in other trades.
