Stadler Rail Service UK (SRSUK) are looking to recruit a Commercial Business Partner (Sales), reporting into the Senior Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the tendering process and assisting with commercial projects for existing contracts, in an innovative, fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. Responsibilities

* Support the Sales Team in preparing bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with rail industry standards.
* Review contract terms to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with technical teams to align commercial proposals with project specifications.
* Provide commercial insights during tenders and manage contractual risks.
* Assist with commercial projects for existing contracts and governance processes.
* Represent Stadler confidently with customers and stakeholders, promoting our value proposition.
* Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to support strategic decisions.

* Proficient in MS Excel for sales reporting and contract analysis.

Skills and Experience

* Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract bidding, preferably within service‑based agreements.
* Experience working with commercial contracts and understanding contract terms.
* Strong stakeholder management and customer interaction skills.
* Excellent analytical and numerical ability.
* Proficient in MS Excel for sales reporting and contract analysis.
* Ability to represent and promote the Stadler brand effectively.
