Process and Project Manager – Operations / Supply Chain / ERP Focus
Location: Hayes, Flexible working
Salary: £60,000 + bonus
We are looking for an experienced Process and Project Manager to lead key projects improving operations and supply chain processes. You will drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure ERP/CRM systems support business needs effectively. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with teams across departments and regions, and providing training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
* Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
* 5+ years’ experience in process and project management, ideally international
* Strong knowledge of process improvement, project methodologies, and ERP/CRM systems
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills
