The Property Litigation includes:
* Landlord and Tenant disputes
* Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
* Housing, tenancy, and long-leasehold issues
* Recovery of debts, including outstanding rental income
* Possession Claims – residential and commercial property
* Recovery of outstanding service charges
* Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
* Breach of Covenant
* Claims for disrepair
* Legal / Beneficial Ownership
* Preparation of paperwork for both the County Court and High Court.
* Clients include corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.
