Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include helping with frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and potentially performing pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries via phone, and processing payments.
Your main goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective service that maximizes their visual potential and enhances their lifestyle.
