Pure Resourcing Solutions are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious, growing SME business based in Bedfordshire.
The business is very acquisitive and has ambitions to grow significantly over the next 2-3 years through organic growth and M&A activity.
Reporting to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the finance function.
Duties include;
Managing and developing the group finance function, including group reporting, management reporting, Tax and treasury, Accounts Payable and Receivable, payroll and FP&A
Internal reporting, including consolidated monthly management accounts, and ad hoc reporting
Oversight of external reporting, including drafting of board packs and management of reporting to lenders, investors and other key external stakeholder
Annual Budgeting & forecasting
Managing the day-to-day relationships with lenders and funders, including covenant compliance and robust cash forecasting
Management of external audit and development and maintenance of a strong internal controls framework
Ownership of the statutory accounts audit process and tax filingsAs the business continues to grow, you will support the CFO in the technical accounting aspects arising from the M&A activity. Also, the business intends to upgrade it’s ERP system which you will lead on. This role will deputise for the CFO and is therefore a good opportunity for someone with ambitions of progressing to Director level in the future.
