Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students.
* Assess and evaluate student progress.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Degree in English or related field.
* Knowledge of the National Curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Degree in English or related field.
Experience:
Prior experience teaching English preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of English language and literature.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
* Organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in IT and educational technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education.
* Experience working with SEN students.
Working Conditions:
The English Teacher will work in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend commitments for school events or parent meetings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
