Join Sodexo as a Front of House Manager at Belfast Erskine House, BT1 4GF, leading and supporting teams across cleaning, catering, reception, post room. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, achieving KPIs, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
What you will do:
* Supervise and engage teams across soft FM services.
* Maintain service standards in line with SLAs and KPIs.
* Support weekly KPI reporting and ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety.
* Provide training and guidance to team members.
* Step up to cover management responsibilities when needed.
* Build strong client and customer relationships.
* Ensure stock, equipment, and resources are managed securely.
What You Bring:
* Experience in cleaning, catering, or front-of-house operations.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and commitment to standards.
Desirable:
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and MS Office tools.
* Problem-solving and leadership skills.
