What’s involved?
As a key part of the kitchen brigade, you will:
8. Run your section efficiently, preparing and cooking dishes to the required standard
9. Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen controls at all times
10. Ensure every dish leaving your section is consistently high quality
11. Manage your mise en place and keep your workstation organised
12. Work collaboratively with the wider team and support other sections when needed
