The requirements
* Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Commis Chef or the passion and drive to learn from the beginning
* Ability to multitask
* Great team player
* Previous experience in Asian cuisine (preferred but not required)
* A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
