At Pebbles Care, you will collaborate with our established team across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns supporting holiday or training cover. Our unique cluster roles allow you to develop your skills and experience by working across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
* Supporting daily home life, including driving children to and from school, appointments, and visits (a full UK manual driving license is essential).
* Teaching life skills such as meal preparation and household chores.
* Engaging children in activities, outings, and holidays to create lasting memories.
* Providing support tailored to individual needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one, working collaboratively with your team across multiple locations within a short distance.
* Participating in comprehensive induction and shadow shifts to learn about the Pebbles Way and our therapeutic care model.
What We Offer
* A salary of £34,719 to £36,248 per annum, depending on experience.
* Full-time roles on a rota pattern of one day on (including sleepover) and two days off, with an average of 56.4 hours per week.
* 5.6 weeks of annual leave (pro-rata for part-time).
