Salary:
Up to £43,000 (Negotiable, dependant on experience)

Job Profile:
As their international footprint expands, there is now an opportunity a skilled and customer-focused
Service Engineer
to help deliver exceptional technical support, both in the field and in-house.
The Role:
This is a key technical and customer-facing role.
As a
Service Engineer, youll be a frontline representative providing commissioning, servicing, and on-site support to customers in high-consequence environments.
The role will be split between:
Workshop-based work
(approx. 50%) at the West Midlands facility
Field-based deployments
(approx. 50%) to customer sites, including frequent overseas travel
Youll not only ensure the equipment functions reliably and safely
youll also help strengthen trust and confidence with customers. Your presence and performance in the field will be a core part of the companys value proposition.
Duties:
Commission, service and maintain equipment at HQ and on-site with customers
Represent the company with professionalism, confidence and technical clarity
Deliver high-quality support and troubleshooting under operational pressures
Communicate with end-users and technical teams to ensure effective use of equipment
Feed insights from the field back into engineering and product development
Maintain accurate service records and help improve internal processes
Support in-house builds and learn core machining processes as part of training
Skills & Attributes:
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background
Familiarity with pneumatic systems or willingness to learn
Experience in customer-facing technical rolesideally in high-integrity sectors
Calm, professional, and methodical in troubleshooting and communication
Able to work independently and travel regularly, including short-notice overseas trips
UK Citizenship (must be born in the UK due to the business being in MOD)
UK driving licence and valid passport required
Hours of Work:
39.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4pm, Friday: 7:30am to 1pm
