Job Title: Accounts Payable ClerkLocation: NottinghamSalary: £26,500Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Hybrid)
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring they're accurately matched with purchase orders and goods received notes. Responsibilities:
* Process high-volume of supplier invoices
* Resolve supplier queries
* Scan, file, and organise invoices
* Liaise with staff to ensure invoices are authorised
* Maintain supplier account details
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Handle email and phone queries
* Process staff expenses
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable team
* Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
* Flexible approach to daily tasks and ad-hoc duties
