We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative/SDR for our market leading outsource provider business based in Manchester! You will be speaking to potential business clients, setting their meetings and following up to arrange onboarding. Package
* A basic salary of £28,000
* An uncapped commission structure and realistic OTE of £45,000 in year 1

The role
* The role of Sales Executive: Prospecting businesses and setting appointments for BDM's
* Making large volumes of calls and arranging multiple visits and appointments requiring exceptional organisational skills
* Identifying pain points for clients and selling the benefits of the appointment
* Following up with clients after the meetings to confirm the sales
Requirements
* 12 months experience in a sales role and outbound dialling
* A consultative sales person who is highly organised and able to multi-task
* A driven individual who is self motivated and money hungry
