Clinical Deputy Manager – Nursing Home – Blyth Salary: £22.00 – £24.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, permanent A well-established and highly regarded 40 bedded nursing home in Blyth is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join its dedicated team. The Home: Located in the coastal town of Blyth, this purpose-built nursing home is recognised for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults, including those living with dementia and complex needs. The Role: The Clinical Deputy Manager will support the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are consistently upheld. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, mentor and support staff, and deputise in the Home Manager’s absence.
