The Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Widnes. This pivotal role supports the commercial function across the business, with a focus on tender coordination, contract and legal administration, and the use of AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
You'll also act as the first point of contact for new business enquiries, manage our Gold-Vision CRM system, and support marketing and business development initiatives across the group.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Tender Support
* Prepare, coordinate, and submit commercial tenders and bids.
* Collaborate with Heads of Sector to compile commercial data and documentation.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant tender submissions.
* Support pipeline reporting and preparation for commercial meetings.
Contract & Legal Administration
* Conduct initial contract reviews, identifying risks and deviations.
* Liaise with senior management to ensure compliance and standards are met.
* Maintain a central register of all commercial agreements.
AI & Digital Proficiency
* Use AI tools to support document reviews and automate data analysis.
* Drive the adoption of digital tools across commercial functions.
* Maintain advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI applications.
CRM System Management
* Oversee the Gold-Vision CRM system across the group.
* Manage system updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
* Produce CRM dashboards and reports for management insight.
Business Development & Marketing Support
* Coordinate new business onboarding and contract handovers.
* Act as the first point of contact for new business enquiries.
* Support marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn content and event participation.
* Represent Schenk UK professionally at industry events and conferences.
Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of commercial processes, tenders, and contract administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of digital and AI literacy with a proactive mindset.
Strong analytical, organisational, and project coordination skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.

The Package
A competitive salary of £33,000 to £35,000 per annum dependant on experience
