Our client, an industry leading manufacturer of bespoke handling systems are looking to recruit an experienced Draughtsman to join business on a permanent basis to aid with an increase in workload. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a design/ draughting role within a manufacturing environment with experience using AutoCAD / Inventor. The successful candidate will be required to produce design layouts and generate manufacturing drawings for individual projects. You will also be required to also review and check internal and outsourced drawing work. Candidates must be minimum HNC/ ONC qualified in Mechanical Engineering with a demonstrable background within a similar role. Experience working with Defence/ Offshore/ Power Generation work would be highly advantageous. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be British Citizens and be able to obtain SC Clearance.
