GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Dinnington. As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. Key Duties of SEN TA: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN. Assist teachers in delivering differentiated and inclusive lessons. Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development. Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff. Essential Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN. Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
