Responsibilities:
* Help the team to work towards KPIs
* Make sure all is compliant with regulations
* Maintain a great working relationship between sales and aftersales
* Lead the team of sales executives, keeping an eye on performance and metrics
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience managing within the motor trade or long-term sales in the motor trade.
* Experience within a vehicle dealership
* Full, valid UK driving licence
* Experience with CRM programmes
* Aware of finance and insurance offerings
* Experience with new and used vehicles
