Global Edge Group are working closely with an international operator to support project activities at their plant in Fife. We are seeking a skilled Cost/Schedule/Controls Engineer to play a key role in cost estimation, schedule coordination, and project controls. Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and perform cost estimation and quality assurance reviews.
* Prepare check estimates and schedules for various project scopes.
* Support project cost and schedule assessments.
* Maintain and monitor change control processes and cost tracking systems.
* Compile and deliver monthly project progress and performance reports.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of process efficiency improvements.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external financial and accounting reporting standards.
* Collaborate closely with estimators, planners, schedulers, and client accounting teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
* Proven experience in cost estimating, project planning, and project controls within the industrial or energy sector.
* Strong working knowledge of project control systems, cost management tools, and reporting software.
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
* Effective communicator with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving project environment.
