WearelookingtofilltwovacanciesonourBoardwith individuals who can strengthen our existing skills-based Board by bringinghigh-levelknowledgeandexperienceinoneorbothofthebelowareas: Risk Strategic Communications The successfulapplicantswill bea member of ourBoard and a memberof one ormore of thefollowing committees: AuditandRisk BoardEffectivenessandPeople CustomerAssurance Thesuccessfulapplicantswillbe appointedat the JulyBoardmeetinghowevertheirterm of officewillcommenceinOctober2026. The Board typicallymeetsonlinehowever there are approximatelythreein-personmeetingsayear,ofwhichonealsoincludes anovernightstay. AsafullBoardMember, theremunerationis£6,280p.a.plusreasonableexpenses.
