Our client is a niche management consultancy, looking to hire a HR Associate on a permanent basis. You will be joining a collegial team and will support across the full range of HR generalist matters.
About the Role
This role works as part of a tightly-knit team with full responsibility for HR administration. This includes:
* Managing HR inboxes and acting as first point of contact for clients
* Assisting with all aspects of employee lifecycle (starters, leavers, benefits and payroll matters)
* Supporting with recruitment matters including managing external agencies
* Maintaining the HR database + reporting
* Assisting with reviews of policies and procedures
* Support with projects
Job Requirements
You will be educated to degree level and have a demonstrated interest in a career in HR and prior admin experience. You will be a highly organised self-started with strong attention to detail.
