Job Description
Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a luxury hospitality provider, to recruit for an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work within a high-end establishment that values customer experience above all else.
The business is located in a prime Belfast location, with significant investment to distinguish it from competitors. The Operations Coordinator role is dynamic, combining customer service, administration, and hands-on management of daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless guest service, updating bookings, providing advice to guests, and collaborating with the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, preferably from a residential or hotel setting, with a positive attitude and confidence in stakeholder communication. Experience from restaurants or tourism sectors will also be considered.
The package includes a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum. The role requires flexible hours, including shifts from 9-5, 12-8, and 1-9 across various days. Full details are available upon request.
