This will be discussed in more detail at interviewFor this interim period, you’ll lead the team to deliver the final stages of our Grade & Pay Structure Project, to develop and implement pay framework options, to design and develop new approaches to recognition, to deliver an annual pay award and to guide and deliver our cyclical approach to listening through the people engagement survey. You’ll work closely alongside the Reward & Recognition Manager, to influence senior stakeholders and ensure we continue to build a fair, engaging and fulfilling environment for everyone who works or volunteers at the National Trust.Leadership is at the heart of this opportunity, during which you'll actively support the development of key members of the team.
