Your Responsibilities
HR Duties:
* Provide operational HR support to employees and managers across the business.
* Manage recruitment and selection processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, and supporting interviews.
* Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
* Support with Employee Relations casework, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances ect.
* Produce monthly HR reports covering absence, headcount, training, and more.
* Maintain accurate HR records, both digital and physical.
* Support annual HR projects.
Payroll Duties:
* Manage payroll administration for two business units, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
