BMSL Group need an experienced Document Controller for a new build construction project in Pembroke Dock.
Duties to include:
* Controlling company and project documentation
* Following and improving document control procedures
* Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
* Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
* Producing document progress reports for senior managers
* Conducting regular reviews and document audits
* Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company
* Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
* Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
* Working in an office.
You will need to provide a CV showing previous experience within a similar role.
4-5 Months work
There is 10 hours per day available Monday to Friday, possibly 12 hours available. Lodge paid if travelling.
* Monday to Friday - £18.00 - £21.00 p/hr (dependant on experience)
* £120 per night lodge allowance if outside reasonable travel distance
* Overtime rates of x1.4 and x1.8 for weekends, weekday overtime of x1.4 after 50 hours
