HGV Technicians play a vital role in maintaining the performance and reliability of heavy goods vehicles.
Job Description:
As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work on HGVs to the highest standards. This includes diagnosing and rectifying vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment, performing safety inspections, MOT preparations, and routine maintenance. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized working environment.
To ensure that our vehicles are safe and efficient, we need skilled technicians who can think critically and solve problems quickly. If you have a strong diagnostic and problem-solving skillset and enjoy working with your hands, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified HGV Technician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Experience working with HGVs or commercial vehicles.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* A team player with a proactive attitude.
* Valid UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential).
