About The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
* Consistently delivering our brand standards and menu specifications.
* Conducting kitchen opening checks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and secure working environment.
* Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
* Managing food safety documentation, including temperature checks during breakfast shifts.
* Recording and monitoring food waste and ensuring proper food storage with FIFO principles.

Note: Live-in accommodation may be available for those 18 years and older who are relocating to the area.
