Job Description
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
3. Raising sales invoices
4. Allocating cash
5. Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
6. Credit control
7. Processing purchase invoices
8. Processing expenses
9. Preparing and processing payment runs
10. Producing aged debt and creditor reports
11. Payroll administration
12. VAT returns
13. Query resolution
14. Financial administration
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
15. A proven track record within a similar role
16. AAT L2 or above (desirable)
17. A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
18. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
19. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
20. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
21. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
