Salary
£25,374 - £49,937 pro rata (dependent on qualifications & experience)
Responsibilities include:
1. Undertaking all pedagogic work such as lesson preparation, classroom teaching, tutorial work, and marking.
2. Conducting student assessments to place students, monitor progress, and identify learning support needs.
3. Providing appropriate student support to meet both academic and welfare needs, and ensuring all relevant information is recorded on the College systems.
4. Undertaking organizational and administrative tasks related to teaching, including attending team meetings, participating in professional development, staff appraisals, and maintaining accurate records of assessments and attendance.
5. Participating in course evaluation activities and contributing to curriculum development.
6. Involvement in marketing activities, such as identifying consumer requirements, creating publicity materials, and collaborating with external agencies where appropriate.
7. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.
