Role Summary We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support enterprise systems across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, HR, and Finance. This role combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, driving improvements across business processes and system functionality. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with IT Application Managers to deliver business requirements and enhancements Engage with users to identify and implement system/process improvements Conduct interviews and gather detailed business and technical requirements Analyze data to support decision-making and identify trends Lead projects including process mapping, test planning, and execution Ensure compliance with IT documentation and training standards Develop reports for ERP, CRM, and BI systems Assist in data modeling and database design Provide Tier 2 and 3 application support and user training Promote effective use of enterprise technology across departments Uphold company values and ethical standards Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 5 years in business analysis, project management, or related roles At least 3 years experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally custom-built Experience with D365 Finance & Operations and CRM strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OSI Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively OSI) does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
