Job Advert − Personal Assistant
Location – Girvan
Pay Rate £12.60 per hour plus 5.6 weeks AL Pro Rata
Hours: 3 hours per week term time (Friday 3pm‑6pm) Additional 3 hours per week non term time.
Overview
To support a young girl of primary school age who is neurodiverse. The young girl requires help accessing the local community. She enjoys the outdoors, playing football, the park and swimming. Other interests include activities and eating out. She is still in nappies, so you would be required to change nappies when required.
Responsibilities
Work alongside the family to support the young girl in her daily life and community activities. Assist with community access, outdoor play, and leisure activities such as football and swimming. Provide personal care support, including changing nappies as needed. Work flexibly to meet the girl's needs during term time and non‑term time.

References & Screening
Successful applicants must supply two up‑to‑date reference contacts, one of which must be from a present or previous employer, and must undergo a new or updated PVG disclosure scheme prior to appointment (disclosure to be reimbursed by the employer).
There is a 6‑month probationary period for the post.
