What you'll do
As Operations Director, and reporting to the Managing Director, Services, you will:
* Lead, inspire, and develop our Services Operations function, building a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
* Oversee the delivery of consistent, high-quality services across our property portfolio, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
* Partner closely with commercial and care colleagues to align operational excellence with business performance.
* Embed a customer-first culture, ensuring our Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets and financial objectives are consistently achieved.
* Drive innovation and best practice in property management, keeping pace with legislation and market trends.
What you'll bring
You will have proven experience, gravitas and focus to play a prominent role in relationships with senior leaders across the organisation with the ability to drive delivery and great outcomes across multiple teams. You will also bring:
* Extensive senior leadership experience in property management or a closely related industry.
* Demonstrable success managing large-scale operations and significant P&L responsibility.
* Deep knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice, and service standards.
* A track record of developing senior teams and inspiring colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at the most senior levels.
