* Supporting with appointments and activities
* Monitoring wellbeing and updating care record

* No Experience Needed - Full training and mentoring provided
* Kind, compassionate, and reliable personality
* Full UK driving licence + access to a car
* Great communication and a positive attitude
* Able to pass enhanced DBS & provide references
