This is supporting their Claims Consultants day-to-day - making sure documentation, process, and client experience is flawless.
This is about being the engine room that keeps the claims process moving, the standards high, and the customer experience exceptional.
Day to Day
Log & manage new claims instructions
Work alongside Claims Consultants to chase / gather outstanding information from accountancy practices
Support the claims payment process
Fully own the customer experience throughout
Pick up overflow calls with a professional / composed style
Always ensure FCA compliant processes are followed
YOU?
You are organised, methodical, accurate
You're naturally helpful / service driven
You build quick rapport with people on the phone
You're good with systems & MS Excel
Tax background is useful, but absolutely not required
