Are you a senior marketing leader ready to take the reins of shopper strategy for some of Britain’s most beloved food brands?
A highly respected, iconic FMCG business—home to a portfolio of household-name treats—is seeking a Head of Shopper Marketing to lead and elevate its in-store and omni-channel presence. This is a key role within the marketing function, offering significant impact, leadership scope, and visibility across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and inspire a team of Shopper Marketing Managers across multiple renowned brands.
* Own the shopper marketing strategy, delivering innovative, insight-led activation plans.
* Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Category and Retailer teams to deliver best-in-class execution.
* Manage agency relationships and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
* Translate category and shopper insight into action across all channels.
* Influence at senior level, reporting directly into Marketing Leadership.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in shopper marketing or trade marketing within FMCG.
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
* Strategic thinking combined with hands-on activation excellence.
* Ability to influence internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
