We are offering a £60,000 basic salary with an OTE up to £85,000 and an excellent range of company benefits, including a company car. Mercedes‑Benz of Beaconsfield is a well-established and high-performing site, with a strong aftersales operation supporting three brands. The dealership features a 25 bay workshop incorporating MG and is supported by an experienced Service Advisor and Administration team, providing a solid foundation for continued success. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar position who can confidently lead an established operation. The main duties of this role are: To take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels, exceeding the manufacturer’s national average To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and exceptional customer service To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards To ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times To maintain a safe working environment for all colleagues To monitor colleague performance and support ongoing development The successful candidate will have experience within a Service Manager role in the motor trade (minimum 12 months). You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to deliver strong results through improved performance, profitability and operational efficiency. You will bring strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve their full potential. You will be expected to drive the business forward, maximise customer satisfaction, and lead by example. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a clear alignment to our company values.
