The Role
As Associate Director – Corporate Lawyer (Transactional Services), you will:
* Provide expert legal advice on M&A, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
* Assist with leading and developing the high-performing ALS team, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic growth.
* Work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and risk management.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will be!
* Qualified Solicitor – in any of the jurisdictions in UK or Republic of Ireland
* Extensive experience of corporate law gained working in a leading commercial law firm
* Technically strong you will have an in-depth knowledge of M & A and corporate transactional work to include contract law
* Excellent leadership skills with previous experience of managing teams
* Excellent communication skills adept at developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Able to think strategically and drive innovation in the delivery of legal services
