Overview
Consultant Dermatology based at Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Llantrisant, with rotations at Prince Charles Hospital and Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda. Provide an average of 7 clinical sessions per week, with protected time for audit, research and teaching. The role focuses on clinical leadership, service mapping and redesign within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality clinical care across outpatient, ward and subspecialty settings.
* Attend an average of 7 clinical sessions per week.
* Participate in audit, research and teaching activities.
* Lead service mapping, redesign and quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain and develop clinical skills and expertise.
* Ensure effective communication with clinical stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Core clinical expertise in Dermatology.
* Leadership and team‑building skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Experience in teaching and training medical undergraduates and postgraduates.
* Competence in clinical audit and evidence‑based medicine.
* Ability to work within NHS Wales procedures and standards.
* Welsh and/or English speaking capability.
