Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our cloud-first strategy and delivering innovative products worldwide. You will be instrumental in ensuring our product offerings resonate with local markets and customer needs, whilst aligning with our global vision and roadmap. You will become the face of the product in your region, actively championing its success and growth.
Responsibilities
* Gather, analyse, and utilise data to define product specifications and business strategies for the region.
* Communicate product strategy and functionality at events, to analysts, and internal audiences.
* Initiate and foster relationships with various stakeholders within the organisation.
* Review product documentation and collateral for local relevance and ensure product marketing teams have all necessary product information for successful launches.
* Understand the market, competitive, and legislative landscape for the region.
* Act as the go-to person for product-related inquiries in the country or region.
* Engage with partners, accountants, press, media, and customers, as required.
* Input succinct product requirements into principal product managers and prioritise requests.
* Assist with mentoring and coaching of graduates.
* Ensure product incident processes in the country are established and adhered to.
Essential Skills
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels across different functions, including tech, marketing, sales, and leadership.
* Deep customer and domain knowledge, including local compliance, vendors, market forces, and needs.
* Strong team player with the ability to lead and follow as required, always committed to the global mission.
* High energy, excellent listening skills, and effective communication.
* Proficiency in delivering presentations to both internal and external audiences and active engagement on social platforms.
* Accountability for outcomes and results both locally and globally.
* Driven and ambitious with expertise in cloud and mobile technology.
* Passionate about growth and customer satisfaction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in product management and product roadmap development.
* Proficiency in new product development and product lifecycle management.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with SaaS and data-driven environments.
* Any cloud-related qualifications are preferred.
