Role Overview We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Villa Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is a dynamic sales role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, converting enquiries into bookings, and delivering exceptional service from initial contact through to post-arrival follow-up. Key Responsibilities Converting inbound sales leads via telephone, email, and live chat into confirmed bookings.
