We are seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner with a specialist focus on People Manager and Leadership Development. This role is central to building a high-performance culture through capability development, coaching, and the design and delivery of learning interventions that empower leaders across our business.
As a trusted partner to stakeholders across departments, you’ll identify needs, design targeted solutions, and embed development frameworks that align with our business strategy and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of learning initiatives for current and aspiring people managers across all functions.
* Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to assess capability needs and create learning pathways that drive performance and engagement.
* Design and deliver engaging, impactful learning content (workshops, toolkits, coaching frameworks, and digital learning).
* Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the DCS Leadership Framework.
* Champion our talent and succession programmes, ensuring clear career development routes for our future leaders.
* Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously enhance the learning experience.
* Support broader L&D projects and initiatives across the organisation as part of the L&D team.
* Build strong relationships across all levels of the business to support a culture of learning, curiosity, and accountability.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in an L&D or HR Business Partnering role, with a focus on leadership and management development.
* Strong understanding of learning methodologies, coaching practices, and adult learning theory.
* Experience designing and delivering face-to-face and digital learning solutions.
* Commercially aware, with the ability to align learning to business priorities.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable.
* Coaching qualifications or accreditation would be a distinct advantage.
