We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our Supply Chain Department on a fixed term contract.
The role is working Monday to Friday 07.00 – 15.30.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration assistance to the Supply Chain department as well as taking ownership of specific tasks.
An overview of the role responsibilities are detailed below:
1. Receipt and processing of customer orders via EDI, email or other methods
2. Generate a daily supply chain report
3. Liaise with the commercial department and customers regarding orders and potential supply issues
4. Generating coding schedules for U30 & NLC
5. Collate and report performance against set KPI’s
6. Continuously analysing and assessing the supply chain system the identify areas for improvement to streamline process to enhance business performance
7. Reconciling stock counts daily to ensure adherence to plan
8. Generate and issue supplier forecasts
9. Generate a weekly stock holing report
10. Generate a weekly supply chain report
11. Creation of MMD requests in SAP
12. Updating supplier delivery reports
13. Build & maintain good supplier relationships
14. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders that integrate with the supply chain department
15. Take ownership of issues that arise and proactively support internal and external stakeholders
Candidates should have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Computer literacy is key with knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills along with attention to detail is required for the role.
