Your new role
* Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
* Delivering insightful financial analysis to enable timely, data-driven decision-making.
* Partnering with the MD, Centre Managers, and wider teams to provide commercial and analytical support.
* Supporting refinancing and restructuring initiatives as the business evolves.
* Collaborating with business partners on function-specific analysis and strategic projects.
What you\'ll need to succeed
* You’ll be a commercially minded accountant with strong technical foundations, ideally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE.
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for adding value in a fast-paced environment.
