Advanced operator

Job Description

Are you looking for an role where your primary focus is on you operating in safety a production line manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team the Advanced Operator is responsible for the performance of the machine.

What You Will Do

* Run the machine and watch the process; if necessary adjust according to Essity Continuous Improvement Systems
* Participate to the DOM Carry out machine repairs within certain limits.
* Lead size change-overs, maintenance and other technical activities and organize support from Technical Dept. and RST.
* Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine.
* Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation.
* Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary.
* Complete all required documentation and data files during production.
