Peter Cox Property Care provides homes and businesses across the UK with the very best in property preservation and property maintenance. We provide expert advice and treatment in things such as structural repair work, damp proofing and structural waterproofing, as well as dealing with things such as woodworm, wet rot and dry rot issues. We work with both residential and commercial customers all over Britain and also provide pre-purchase surveys for potential homebuyers.
We are now seeking a full-time Customer Service Adviser
The day-to-day job includes:
1. Survey Booking and Administration
2. Daily PC use to produce and update documents
3. Surveyor Diary Management
4. Answering telephone calls
5. Updating the database & collecting marketing information
6. Maintenance of records and filing
7. Arranging development calls for surveyors
Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
8. Good telephone manner and communication skills
9. Previous administrative experience
10. Good attention to detail
11. Good organisational and time management skills
12. Excellent PC skills
13. A “can do” attitude
