Engineering Assessor – Salary & Location
Salary: £25‑£50 per hour (£28,000‑£45,000 per annum). Location: multiple FE sites across the North of England. Job type: Temporary and Permanent. Working hours: Part‑time and Full‑time.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver and assess vocational courses in the College.
* Coordinate teaching and assessment of programmes as directed by the Head of School, liaising with other College staff.
* Act as class tutor, providing administrative and pastoral support.
Requirements
* Occupationally competent in the relevant subject.
* Possession of a relevant teaching or training qualification (e.g., QTS, QTLS, DTTLS, PGCE, A1, CAVA, TAQA).
* Experience teaching and assessing accredited qualifications from Entry Level to Level 3, 4 or 5.
* All candidates will have 2 years’ references taken and must provide a DBS check. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
